What exactly do I get?
One free month is applied automatically to your own subscription for every landlord you refer who makes 3 successful monthly subscription payments. There's no cap on how many free months you can earn.
What counts as "stays 3 months"?
The referral qualifies when their 3rd successful paid monthly subscription payment is confirmed. The 14-day free trial does not count. If they cancel before the 3rd successful payment, the referral does not qualify.
Can I refer tenants?
This programme is for referring other landlords. If you'd like a tenant to join a specific property, use "Invite tenant" on your dashboard instead — that's a separate, free process.
Is there a limit on how many landlords I can refer?
No — refer as many as you like. Each one that meets the 3-month qualifying condition earns you another free month.
